Upon starting the pool construction, Kelly was always present and in communication. I would just like to thank Kelly and the entire team at Lakeside Customs. They gave us the pool of our dreams and were available every step of the way. If A pool is in your budget theres no other place you should go. We decided to add A fire pit and fire features midway through the project and they got it done without batting an eye! Built two other pools in two other states and this was by far the best quality and experience we ever had!

From the initial consulting visit where Ryan laid out the design, to the start of excavation, to the final walk through; they demonstrated a customer focused mindset the entire way. There were many factors that I appreciated about working with the Lakeside Custom Pool team. First, I was truly grateful that every time I had a question or a concern, I would speak not with a project manager, but to the actual business owner. The level of concern, care and support you get directly from the business owner is second to none. Second, Kelly, Ryan and Lauren demonstrated exceptional knowledge about the pool building process. As a result they did a fantastic job of setting expectations from cost, to timing, to potential headaches along the way. Third, the quality of work and standards they hold their sub-contractors to was of the highest quality. I genuinely felt throughout the project that I was getting a pool that Kelly, Ryan and Lauren would have been proud to have in their own backyard. And finally, they were able to do all of this in a timely manner. In today's age where Pool projects can take nearly a year, Lakeside Custom Pools was able to put water in the ground less than 4 months from the time they started excavation. I can honestly attest that Kelly, Ryan and Lauren took a backyard that we struggled to use, to now a space where so many memories will be made with our children.
